This bamboo scarf is really a masterpiece! Fully dy-ed by hand by the master! One by one.

It requires precision to make every scarf nicely flowing in color. The scarf itself is hand-woven from the sustainable bamboo material. Super soft and beautiful to wear.

About Master in scarves

Beautiful scarves, handmade by a 4 years generation organisation. An incredible amount of experience and skills. Could you imagine? I don’t know where to look, how to begin, or what to choose. Sure, I got a design but then, what material, which weaving technic, screen printing or weave the details in it? Luckily the owner was so nice and patient and enthusiastic to talk to me through all the options. What a great way to make a product. Learned a lot from the master!

We made a wonderful collection of scarves together.  Hopefully there will be a 5th generation or organisation who can continue with this beautiful Nepalese tradition. Namasté.
